 On the nose, it delivers fresh raspberry and cherry aromas with seductive notes of pepper, vanilla and floral spice. It is wonderfully sweet and fresh on the palate with a sensational display of fruit; smooth, well-balanced tannins and a background of spice that lingers through the long, fruit-ladened finish.

This Monastrell is bright ruby, a highly perfumed nose displays cherry, raspberry, pipe tobacco and Asian spices. Juicy and precise on the palate, with very good depth to its sweet red berry, bitter cherry and spice flavors. Fine-grained tannins add shape and grip to a long, silky and alluringly sweet finish.

The most recent addition to the Il Palagio cellar is this charming, every day chianti, again named after a Sting song: When We Dance. When We Dance is a glorious ruby red color and has a palate that is balanced and smooth. The fragrances are of cherry and iris.

 The influence of the Grenache’s red fruits on this wine is striking. The nose shows an abundance of redcurrant, plums, crushed rock, and an array of spices. The floral notes add to its complexity. The freshness of the wine puts its head in front of the previous vintages. Spicy oak aromas cover a rounded mid-palate that reveals layers of fruit with intense purity. Elegant rose petal aromas followed by a hint of pomegranate and sour cherry on the palate. Perfect with garden salads, mild cheeses and light, delicate fish like trout and branzino.

Soft rose and gentle sky colors. The expressive nose is reminiscent of ripe strawberries combining with hints of lime blossom and the garrigue - the scrubland of southern France. The palate is voluptuous with a beautiful, bracing finish.

Viognier thrives in our long, warm summers, reaching full ripeness without losing acidity. Enticing honeysuckle and weet nectarine flavors are lifted and lengthened by fresh, balanced acidity. A sumptuously aromatic wine that sets the benchmark for this exciting variety.

Filled with bright and juicy fruits, the palate flaunts flavors of succulent white nectarine, candied pineapple, green fig and subtle grapefruit. The crisp and slightly off-dry flavor profile lasts well through the clean and refreshing finish.

Light yellow in color, this Sauvignon Blanc presents tremendous aromatic intensity and features citrusy lime and grapefruit notes along edged with an herbaceous side that recalls green chili pepper, all framed by a veil of minerality that is characteristic of the vineyard terroir. The palate has body and softness with refreshing acidity and a fresh, juicy sensation on the long finish.
